CoEssence stands for "Connect to your Essence". A journey I am deeply familiar with myself. As a successful people pleaser, both professionally and privately, I lost touch with who I was. Today, I am again connected with my essence -the pure me- allowing me to to live and lead from the heart: with love, authenticity and creativity.

The origins of this framework lies in my personal transformation journey. Driven by many questions and feelings of confusion and powerlessness, the core pillars helped me find my way towards my true self, my essence. Furthermore, it helped allign my inside and outside world.
The journey towards inner and outer allignment is not always easy, but the progress feels fullfilling and brings a lot of curiousness and joy.
